We start our design process with a conversation with the client to establish goals and specifications.

FRAMING THE VISION

Brainstorming Session

Our team begins every project with a creative brief that connects the objectives expressed during the consultation with creative strategies, using our shovel of creativity to break new ground.

INSTALLING THE CREATIVE INSULATION

Development Phase

In this step, we begin the creative process by installing the visual design insulation, which is crucial for the project's success. We merge all the notes, objectives, and ideas with creativity and start developing design drafts. Following this, we prepare mockups to present to the client for their inspection.

FINISHING THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR

In this phase, our newly assigned "Brand Owners" will review the design mock-up(s) presented to them and provide feedback and recommendations for any necessary adjustments in the project. Once we receive feedback from the client, we will make appropriate adjustments and analyze the changes thoroughly to ensure that they enhance the current design. Finally, we will implement the changes perfectly.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

Finalizing the Project

Before we wrap up our project, we take a final visual walk-through of the overall design to ensure it meets our standards. We provide a finalized product and prepare a list of any remaining issues that require attention from the "Brand Owners." Additionally, we address any questions or concerns our clients may have to ensure they are fully acquainted with the final design product.

  • What is your turnaround time?
    The average turnaround time is between 5-14 business days, and rush fees are available based on the scope of the client's project.
  • How do we get started?
    Fill out the inquiry form for the service you want, and we'll email you the next steps.
  • How do you accept payments?
    Clients receive invoices by email via Honeybook and can pay with a debit or credit card.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    For orders over $500, we require a 50% payment to get started. Full payment is required for orders under $500. Payment plans are available.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Non-refundable retainer and final payments. Final product review required. No refunds for cancellations after the final payment. All sales are final.
